Under Clause 13.8.1, Tier-I CBT (100 Qs, 200 Marks, 60 Mins; +2 / -0.50) now enforces a strict 15-Minute Sectional Timer per Part, while Final Merit is prepared on 360 Marks of Tier-II Session-I (+ Qualifying Computer & Same-Day Typing/Skill Test).
